Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appointment of Respondent No. 7 as Sevika for Ward No. 6, Aanganvaadi Kendra in the village-Amari, is not in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy whereby she can assail the selection in terms of the Aanganwadi Sevika/Sahayika
Patna High Court CWJC No.1640 of 2023(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Selection Guidelines, 2019.

With liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy in accordance with law, writ application is disposed of. 5.
