Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheo Sagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner took the son of the informant aged about 20 years from his house to take the fruit (Piyar), but he did not return. The informant enquired from the petitioner, but he did not give any information. The informant searched his son, but could not get his trace. Case diary has been received. In the case diary, witnesses have stated that son of the informant was taken by this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38571 of 2018 (4) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 petitioner and he did not return.
Learned APP has submitted that from the case diary it appears that the boy is still traceless.
In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
