2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 01.10.2024 at about 2 PM, when the informant was returning after collecting money and reached near Jaraila Bridge, in the meantime, four persons riding on two motorcycles, armed with country made pistols, stopped him and snatched Rs. 71,574/- from him and ran away. Informant has identified two accused persons one of which is this petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
