====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 for the offences registered under Section 419, 420, 406 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the accused persons of entering into an agreement for sale of land and, thereafter, refused to execute the sale deed and also threatened informant and his family members and demanded ransom of Rs. 21,00,000/-, however, it is contended that, against the petitioner, there is allegation only to the extent that she along with Meena Devi instigated their husbands and sons to mentally torture the

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no incriminating material against petitioner. She has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Sangeeta Rani, learned J.M. First Class, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
