JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 In the present case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Forest Case No. 51 of 2012 for offence under Sections 22, 63 of the Indian Penal Code. The court below has taken cognizance of the offence on 26.6.2012 and the present case has been filed in the year 2018. In that view of the matter, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners by the police.
Let the petitioner should appear before the Presiding Officer and he will examine the case of the petitioner that he has taken any in the present case that the land, in question, is not the

Inasmuch as, their names have been mutated in the State of Bihar, all the fact will be looked into by the Presiding Officer subject to condition that the petitioners will surrender within a period of four weeks from today. With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed.
