Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for opposite party no.2, who has appeared after notice, this Court finds that even in the informatory petition, no specific allegation has been made against opposite party no.2Bittu Kumar. Furthermore, in the main F.I.R., there is only general and omnibus allegation against him. As such, no ground has been made out for cancellation of pre-arrest bail. The application thus stands dismissed.
