Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 454 of 2017 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act.

Allegation is that on the pretext of providing job complainant has given Rs.2.5 lakhs but neither he has been given job nor money was returned to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner, being a lady, is only introducer and money was taken by another person.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35714 of 2018 (5) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 appears that notice was issued to opposite party No.2 and service report shows that he has refused to receive the notice as such nobody is appearing on behalf of complainant. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.6.2018 is hereby confirmed.
