JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier one more case bearing F.I.R. No. 22 of 2020 was lodged by the informant side against the petitioner in which petitioner is on bail.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73783 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
