In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No.295 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have kidnapped the informant's minor daughter, namely, Anjali Kumari @ Nikky for the purpose of marriage.

A report dated 18.01.2021 of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna has been received, which does not show that the victim girl has been recovered.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
