Patna High Court MJC No.3130 of 2023(5) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 non-compliance of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 8248 of 2022. The petitioner was asked to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 01.07.2022 and further the concerned authority was required to pass a reasoned speaking order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Today, show cause on behalf of opposite party Nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9 has been filed along with affidavit and Annexures A to G. Petitioner had appeared on 25.03.2024 which is evident from Annexure F and further Annexure G is the order dated 25.03.2024 by which grievance of the petitioner in the representation has been considered and speaking order has been passed.
