Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No..- 363 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because she is relative of the husband of the deceased. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.1297 of 2023(3) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No..- 363 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
