2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 787 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32, 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2023 and there is recovery of 230 litres of illegal liquor from the Scooty. He further submits that petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without prejudice to her case and without accepting the guilt.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of illicit liquor, this application for bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 787 of 2023.

7. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after the deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty-five Thousand Only) in Ram Krishna Mission Ashrama, Patna and produces the receipt of the same and after verifying the genuineness of the receipt, the petitioner shall be released.
