====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chauradano P.S. Case No. 25/2016, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 23 and 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Raj Kapoor of bringing the girls in his house and forcing them to do the work of Orchestra and also other works. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by Raj Kapoor before the police.

Learned Additional P.P. after looking into case diary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39851 of 2018 (3) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 has submitted that statement of victim girls have been recorded in paragraphs 53 to 59 of the case diary wherein all the girls have made specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner along with Raj Kapoor of assaulting them and also forcing them for dance and other illegal work.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
