The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 575 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. He further submits that even if the prosecution story is to be true, the recovery is in small quantity. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 575 of 2019.
