That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner abovenamed for issuance of an appropriate writ in nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents and its authorities to remove the encroachment made over the land situated in Mauza: Gajarajgarh,

2003 of 2017 on dated 29.09.2022 at para 6 that encroachment was removed but the same is still existing."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Circle Officer, Barachatti, District-Gaya, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
