Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S.Case No. 162 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is allegation that informant has land dispute with one Suman Tanti, who has been arrested and he confessed his guilt and stated that he has love affair with the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against her and petitioner, who is lady, is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Morkahi P.S.Case No. 162 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
