Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 15 of 2018 arising out of P.R. (Excise) Case No. 46 of 2018-2019 registered under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that in the present case, charge has been framed. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.12.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.66042 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No. 15 of 2018 arising out of P.R. (Excise) Case No. 46 of 2018-19.
