The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.6 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 427, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have caught the hair of Soshila Devi, the sister of the informant and tossed her down and assaulted her with leg and fists.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injuries. It is

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S.
