The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case no. 58 of 2019, registered under Sections 354, 354(B) and 451 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 03.08.2019 at about 9.00 P.M. petitioner entered in the house of informant and outraged her modesty. On raising alarm by the Gotani of the informant, the petitioner fled away from there.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, there is land dispute between the family of the informant and Md. Sakil, friend of the petitioner due to that reasons, the petitioner had also gone in the Panchayati, but matter could not be settled and informant lodged this case only to put undue

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
