Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.515 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 318(4), 316(5), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

Allegedly, the petitioner and one Babita Devi are said to have illegally withdrawn money amounting to Rs.72,20,000/- from the Bank after depositing documents of fake persons. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner of making any withdrawal or defalcation of any amount in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76510 of 2024(2) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 name of any person. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on her behalf is hereby rejected.
