ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, G.R. No. 1002 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 448, 380, 427, 504 and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. It is further submitted that the petitioner is said to have attacked with iron rod. The case which was filed by the petitioner is prior to the date of occurrence of the case filed by the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and be present on each and every date as and when required in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71961 of 2019(3) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 the Trial. It is further submitted that even the aunt (mausi) of the present petitioner was also injured in the attack and her treatment was undertaken in DMCH, Darbhanga and, subsequently, PMCH, Patna.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019.
