The petitioner has already joined at the assigned place of posting as per order of his transfer but, he has submitted that he requests that he should remain attached for at least three months with the battalion no.131 on the ground that his mother is suffering from severe ailment, his brother is also afflicted with neuron problems and the marriage of his sister is going to be held within a period of three months.

This Court is not interfering with the order of transfer. The representation filed by the petitioner has already been rejected

Patna High Court CWJC No.12075 of 2018 dt.10-08-2018 2/3 vide order dated 11.6.2018 mentioning therein that the request to remain attached with the battalion no. 131 cannot be acceded on several grounds such as vacancy and transfer policy. Though the petitioner initially had requested for one year attachment with the battalion no. 131 but, in course of argument, he has requested that he may be allowed to be attached with the battalion no. 131 for a period of three months only, by that time, he will be able to resolve all the domestic problems and, thereafter, he will join the place of posting.

As the petitioner has already joined at the new place of posting, let the petitioner should file a detailed representation before the Inspector General of Police, M.P. Sector, Central Reserve Police Force, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) giving entire facts and circumstances and the aforesaid authority will consider the problems of the petitioner being faced by him in the sense that his mother is ill, brother is also suffering from mental disease as well as he has also to arrange the marriage of his sister. The Inspector General of Police, while considering the representation of the petitioner, will take a sympathetic view and will pass an order within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
