2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 126(20, 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72027 of 2025(3) dt.21-01-2026 2/2 the prayer for bail.
6. Considered the submission of the parties. From the injury report produced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the injuries are minor in nature and appear to be simple.
7. In view of the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan/concerned court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
