2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction for reconstruction of Trial Records in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 504 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2279 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

3. The Registrar, District and Sessions Court, Patna Sadar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) will get the Trial Records in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 504 of 2015 reconstructed within two months from today and thereafter the case shall proceed.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
