Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.387/18 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 504, 387, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the ignorant and other family members. There is specific allegation against this petitioner of assault by rod. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no repetition of blow and the injury is said to be simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.73313 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.387 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
