2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 105/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have operated the father of informant who, subsequently, died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not operated the father of informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is specific case of the informant

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
