2. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 04.08.2023 as he had concealed his criminal antecedent in paragraph 3.

3. Instead of surrendering thereafter, another anticipatory bail application has been filed.

4. There is no need to relook into the matter and anticipatory bail petition is rejected with a cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Jamui shall submit a report as to how in a case of the year 2021, such a long rope has been given to the petitioner that he is filing one after another

6. The report be submitted within a period of four weeks from today.
