Petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32550 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 28238 of 2019 on 16.05.2019 and 01.05.2019 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
