====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3.

2. Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner (informant of Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 35 of 2009) informs that the petitioner/informant has now knowledge about the order dated 30.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3015 of 2024 and to comply with the order, as well as, to buy peace of mind, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75861 of 2025(5) dt.30-01-2026 2/3 informant/petitioner is ready to participate in the mediation and will appear before the learned Mediator as and when required. He further submitted that the O.P. No.2 (petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 3015 of 2024) has also admitted that the dispute in respect of money transaction can be resolved amicably outside the court and he is only required to return a sum of Rs. 8,55,000/- as the informant has received Rs.1,40,000/- before the order dated 30.08.2025 was passed.

As the informant (petitioner) has already appeared before this Court and he is ready to resolve the dispute by way of mediation, I don't find that the order dated 30.08.2025 is required to be modified in any manner or the Superintendent of Police is required to take any action against the petitioner / informant.

4. Today also, respective parties upon instruction have jointly informed this Court that as the matter has already been referred to the concerned Mediator of the learned District Court, they will appear before the learned Mediator on 27.02.2026 for amicable settlement of dispute between the parties, but before that Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant / petitioner finds it proper that the informant / petitioner will appear in person or shall appear

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75861 of 2025(5) dt.30-01-2026 3/3 through his counsel on 07.02.2026 by filing attendance so that finally the dispute can be resolved on 27.02.2026 or any other date agreed upon between the parties.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
