2. This is second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioners. Earlier, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 29.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55850 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this second anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded. The anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77953 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, if petitioners surrender before the Court below in connection with aforesaid case within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
