Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and there is also allegation of snatching of gold chain. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation, injuries are simple in nature except one injury and the allegation of snatching of gold chain is ornamental in nature and there is counter case also. Heard learned APP also.

No.39963 of 2018 (3) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishanganj, Madhepura, in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
