1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to produce the records relating to Adoption Cancellation Deed dated 23.01.1979, from the office of the District Sub-Registrar, Daud Nagar, Aurangabad and quash the same, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The writ petition stands disposed off.
