2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. case No. 451 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 467, 420, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution story, in short, is that the co-accused persons including these petitioners are alleged to have involved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75085 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/3 in the business of sale and purchase of the engine of stolen vehicles by punching on chasis number.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2023 and have no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67779 of 2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
