1. The petitioner was concerned with lack of regular appointments in the Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute. The petitioner contends that the contractual appointments were continued and that persons without qualification were appointed.

2. In any way, now the institute themselves have come up with an affidavit in which it has been categorically stated that

Patna High Court CWJC No.22953 of 2019(4) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 regular sanctioned posts have been created in the institute and they are going to appoint 73 teaching and non-teaching staff on a permanent basis.
