2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.39824 of 2023 which stood dismissed on 16.08.2023 for non-compliance of the order dated 02.08.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a supplementary affidavit on 16.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.39824 of 2023 by which he has removed all the defects, as pointed out by the office.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76334 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No.39824 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
