KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on Anticipatory Bail. Hence, the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, and if he does so, the court below will hear the bail application of the petitioner and dispose it of on the same day, without being prejudiced by this Order.
