Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.58/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

No doubt, no specific overtact has been attributed against the petitioner in the written report but in course of investigation, witnesses claimed that it was the petitioner who shot fire on the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner.
