Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case no.05 of 2019 dated 4.1.2019 bearing CRI Case no.39 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happens to be family members of the in-laws of the deceased and there is case of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the complaint case was lodged after one month of the occurrence and prior to that a case had been lodged by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66798 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/3 petitioner. As she received one injury, taken to the hospital , she died and the information was given by the petitioner that bears signature of father of the deceased also, which will appear from annexure-2 at page 22 and later on the present case has been lodged with some ulterior motive. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has appeared suo motu and submitted that after compromise she was taken to the Sasural and thereafter she was killed stating that she received burn injury.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, as the petitioner are in-law and no specific allegation has been attributed against them, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.05 of 2019 dated 4.1.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66798 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 3/3 their bail bond shall be cancelled..
