The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following reliefs:- "i) For a direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide Jamabandi cancellation Appeal No.58 of 2018 filed by the petitioners as till date the aforesaid appeal has not been taken up for hearing.
ii) For a direction upon the private respondents 2nd set not to disturb the petitioners in their peaceful possession over the land in question during the pendency of the appeal.
iii) For grant of any other relief/reliefs in which the petitioners are found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Nalanda (Respondent no. 2) to decide the Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal no. 58 of 2018 preferred by the petitioners and pending before him in accordance with law at the earliest,
