2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 14.7.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 7.12.2023 reflects that out of six prosecution witnesses, 3 witnesses have been examined.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor who conducted post mortem report has deposed that there was no penetrating injury on the body of the deceased. Besides this, father of the deceased (PW 1) has deposed that he reached on the spot after commission of occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
