2. For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit, delay of 8 days in filing the present civil review application stands condoned. I.A. No. 1 of 2025 is allowed.

3. The present civil review application is filed to recall the order dated 30.08.2024 passed in LPA No. 1438 of

Patna High Court C. REV. No.309 of 2024(7) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 2019 and connected matter i.e. LPA No. 345 of 2019. The present civil review application is arising out of LPA No. 345 of 2019.

4. In the interest of appellants, we recall the order dated 30.08.2024 insofar as LPA No. 345 of 2019. Hence, LPA No. 345 of 2019 stands restored in the file. Registry is requested to list LPA No. 345 of 2019 before concerned Roster Bench at the earliest.

5. Accordingly, present civil review application is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the opposite party - Smt. Renu Kumari within a period of eight weeks.
