JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing at the informant. However, no injury was caused. Another eye witness has also supported before the police. After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.167 of 2018 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Begusarai.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42366 of 2018 (4) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 In the event of surrender of the petitioner within three weeks, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by this order.
