The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner in drunken condition entered into informant's house and assaulted him and his wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no liquor was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 12.08.2019.
