JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel appearing for the State.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "That the present application is being filed by the petitioner to assail/set aside the letter no. 477 dated 18.09.2019 issued under the signature of Additional Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Govt.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21076 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 of Bihar, Patna transferring of the petitioner from one place to another place i.e. from Mohania (Kaimur) to Supaul who worked as a Gazetted Officer (Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Mohania) Grade-II."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the same be directed to be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks of filing of such representation by the petitioner, by a reasoned and a speaking order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
