The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S. O.P.) P.S. Case No.776 of 2019/Special Case No.1180 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 21 liters country made liquor from the courtyard of the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69854 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Araria (R.S. O.P.) P.S. Case No.776 of 2019.
