Patna High Court MJC No.3703 of 2024(6) dt.09-05-2025 2/3 counsel for the Respondents/Corporation.

2. The present petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnorRespondents/corporation for non-compliance of order dated 05.12.2023 passed in CWJC No.17962 of 2015.

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the Respondents/Corporation which suggests that the Corporation has paid all the admitted benefits to the petitioner annexing the calculation chart of the same which is evident from Annexure-B, C, and D to the show-cause.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a reply to the said show-cause stating therein that the aforesaid amount has been paid to the petitioner on 04.03.2025 after lapse of about 15 years. Apart from that, the amount of Rs. 1,50,378/- has not been paid which was recovered from the petitioner in view of letter no. 9498 dated 22.10.2013 and vide letter no. 1586 dated 21.02.2012 and the authorities have recovered excess amount of Rs. 16,462.93/-.

5. Learned counsel for the Corporation fairly submits that the present petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the authority concerned for the redressal of his grievance and the Corporation shall redress the

Patna High Court MJC No.3703 of 2024(6) dt.09-05-2025 3/3 grievance of the petitioner within the period of eight weeks from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition stands disposed of.
