Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of causing injuries on ear of husband of informant by knife.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and opinion on injury was kept reserved.

Heard learned APP and perused the opinion submitted by police to the court concerned from which it appears that injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41437 of 2018 (4) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 was simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above. let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
