The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the licensee pistol of petitioner was used in committing the occurrence.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner of committing the occurrence. Specific allegation of giving fire-arm injury is against co-accused Deepak Kumar. It is further submitted that during course of investigation, it has come that the petitioner does not have any licensee pistol.

Learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
