The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No.1854 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 50 liters of illicit liquor from the cow-shed of the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 14.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
