To command and direct the Respondent authorities to restrain themselves from constructing rice mill-cum-Gasifier Godown on the Garmazarua Aam Rasta (Public Land Road), appertaining to Khata No.- 184, Plot No.- 672, Thana No. 135 and Khata No.- 1056, Plot No.- 1683, Thana No. 118, conjointly situated at Village- Ganoura and Hussepur respectively, P.S.- Amnour, District- Saran.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16383 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 (ii). Further to direct the respondent authorities to remove the obstruction/construction of Rice- cumGasifier Godown, if any, erected during the pendency of the instant writ application on the aforesaid public land i.e. road of village Ganoura and Hussepur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
